Huge space, likelihood of finding walk in availability. Friendly staff. Decent food. I loved their Huarache the first time, second time was alright. Can't go wrong with chips and salsas.

I had an amazing meal at Rosa Mexicano during restaurant week! It was a 3 course meal so I got the empanadas, quesadilla, and chocolate tres leches. The portion sizes were large and perfect for the price. The food was so flavorful! The service was also great, and the server was very informative and friendly. The decor was very beautiful and bright. I definitely want to come back but the restaurant week deal was definitely a steal.

Went here for their marg Monday deal - $5 all day on Mondays. It's only at the bar. But the bar has a great vibe and our bartender was super sweet. The margarita was honestly DELICIOUS and so so so worth it for $5. It was strong enough for me, but did not taste like it was that strong. My friend and I both really enjoyed our drinks and are time here. Will definitely be back for many many more margarita Mondays here!!

Happy Cinco de Mayo! There's no better way to celebrate than homemade table side guacamole and a frozen margarita at Rosa Mexicano! Rosa Mexicano has been making their guac table side since the 80s so you know they have perfected it! The frozen margs hit the spot and I can eat their chips all day! This continues to be one of my favorite spots, especially when my family visits! The location is great if you are seeing a show at Lincoln Center. You can walk right there! My dad and I went here this week. It was a rainy night and we were seated right away! I had the spicy mango margarita and I got a chile rim instead of the salt rim that it comes with. I loved it! It was a great balance of sweet and spicy. My dad got a blood orange margarita on the rocks and loved it as well! To start, we shared the chicken flautas and guacamole. Both were awesome! It was my first time having the chicken flautas and I loved them! They were so crispy... almost like a version of an egg roll. It was taco Tuesday, so we went with tacos! They are half price all day on Tuesday. I had the shrimp and my dad had the birria. Both were awesome! We also had a side of the esquites.... my forever fav! All the food was so delicious. The service was a little slow and it took a while to get our check. Other than that, everything was great!
